Information collected
When you apply, Rovers Coffee Corporation may collect the information you enter in the application form, your résumé or portfolio, limited technical information such as the submitting IP address, and information you later provide during the recruitment process.
How it is used
Your information is used to assess your suitability for current roles, communicate with you, arrange interviews, maintain recruitment records, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
Access and retention
Access is limited to authorized recruitment, management, and operations personnel. Recruitment records should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for hiring and record-keeping purposes, then securely deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or withdraw your application information by contacting careers@rovers.coffee. Withdrawing information may prevent Rovers from continuing your application.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect applicant information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
