A clear process works both ways.

Candidate accounts

Use your own identity and an email address you control. Keep your password confidential and notify Rovers promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report unauthorized access.

Applications and recruitment decisions

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Rovers may verify information reasonably relevant to recruitment or onboarding. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment. Rovers may close, pause, change, or withdraw a vacancy when business needs change, subject to applicable law.

Resumes, photos, and documents

Upload only files that you are authorized to provide and that are relevant to recruitment or a Rovers request. Do not upload malicious files, confidential information belonging to another person, passwords, PINs, bank-card data, or unrelated sensitive records. Rovers may reject or remove files that create security, legal, or operational risk.

Recruitment communications

By applying or creating an account, you understand that Rovers may send transactional recruitment communications related to your account, applications, interview schedules, status changes, security, and required actions. These are not marketing messages.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass security controls, scrape protected candidate data, overload the service, upload malware, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Service availability and changes

Rovers may maintain, update, suspend, or modify the careers service when reasonably necessary. We try to keep candidate information and application status available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Where a technical issue affects an application, contact careers@rovers.coffee with your name and relevant role.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory rights available to an applicant under applicable labor, privacy, consumer, or other law.
