Qualifications
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking on camera
- Interested in coffee, hospitality, and social media content
- Able to film clear vertical videos using a phone or camera
- Basic understanding of short-form editing and storytelling
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable receiving creative feedback
Nice to have
- Previous barista or café experience
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
- An existing content portfolio or public social-media samples
